Over the weekend my fiancĂ© and I locked in our travel plans for next year – a 12 month around the world adventure! We will be travelling to every continent, with our first stop being the United States in March.
Now comes the exciting part of planning what cities to visit.
International friends, please feel free to suggest any must see places, I should include in our itinerary.
I can’t wait to explore the sights, sounds, tastes and most importantly the fashion the world has to offer and sharing my adventures with all of you.
I’m wearing: vintage cardigan, tan loafers, handbag strap (worn as necklace)
Don't forget you have until the end of November to enter my giveaway for your chance to win a custom made dress or skirt - enter here.

simply gorgeous....
ReplyDeleteLovely location & photos!
ReplyDeleteI'm from Australia, so on your visit here (if you go to Sydney) take a ride on the ferry from Circular Quay (which is next to the Harbour Bridge) all the way to Manly. On a nice, sunny day it is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views... and it only costs a few dollars! x
Beautiful background! I like your necklace too.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, what a cool idea! A travel year!! Well, I recently visited parts of Italy and Paris and enjoyed myself thoroughly there! So I'll ask you to go there haha:P
ReplyDeleteHello, just stumbled on your blog, are you a fellow Melbournian?? Anyway, love your style and these pictures are gorgeous. Horizontal stripes always scream France to me, so having just spent the past 6 months travelling around Europe I'd recommend you visit the Dordogne or Lot region in South Westish France.
ReplyDeleteAlthough, there's a lot to be said for Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Bergen, Edinburgh and Paris too..... Hope you have a fun time, the planning is almost as fun as the trip itself!
Well if you visit the UK you will have to come over to Wales and Cardiff, its really pretty here. And I would be more than willing to show you around or have you couch surf in our flat. I would love to be able to travel like that!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!! You look so gorgeous!!

ReplyDeleteI would suggesting visiting San Francisco sometime around the spring or summer. The weather is mild, and if you get a sunny day, the views around the Bay are incredible!
ReplyDeletefabulous pictures! xxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteI adore your chic casual outfit. Such a classic look.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so amazing. I've always wanted to travel around the world for a year. I can only imagine all of the amazing sights you will see.
In the U.S. I say visit New England, especially Boston, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. I lived there for fives years and it's just amazing.
Also, if you make it to the Midwest, definitely visit Chicago. It's such a wonderful city!!

ReplyDeleteAnd WOW, 12 months around the world?! What a lucky duck you are!
12 months around the world, I'm soooo jealous!
ReplyDeleteYou absolutely have to visit Berlin (Germany). It's one of the most underestimated cities in the world (by people who haven't been there, that is, I haven't met anyone who didn't love Berlin), it's cheap, very relaxed and incredebly bohemian. There are LOADS of lovely cafes you can hang around for hours without anyone wondering (all the Berliners do it too) and read or do people watching.
nice cardigan, lovely ur sweet vintage shoes, cool stripped, and adorable cardigan.
